We invite you to join a flow-sequenced yoga practice that uses a series of flowing postures linked by the breath to stretch and strengthen your body and mind. This class offers various flowing postures to create energy from within and utilizes the connection between body and breath. Options are always provided and are great for beginners and advanced practices, recommended to bring your own yoga mat, limited mats will be available. Located on the U of A Mall.
